• We do not control or guarantee the liquidity, rates, or availability of tokens
• Exchange rates are determined by third-party market conditions
• We are not responsible for failures, delays, or issues arising from third-party providers
• Transaction times may vary based on network congestion and third-party processing

3. No Custody Service

Noode is a non-custodial service. You maintain full control and responsibility for your cryptocurrency assets. We never have access to your private keys or wallet credentials. You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your wallet and private keys
• Ensuring accuracy of destination addresses
• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions

4. User Responsibilities

By using Noode, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to use cryptocurrency services
• Your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use the service for any illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorism financing
• The cryptocurrencies you exchange are legally obtained and owned by you
• You understand the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions

5. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Noode complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to:
